Prashant bhushan's beating

To all the Respected Advocates, we recently witnessed the disgraceful act of senior advocate Prashant Bhishan's beating, so which section of IPC does this act attracts? Can we say it was voluntary causing hurt under section u/s 323 of IPC?

How can it be trespassing? It's not solely for private motives,the belongs to supreme court and "Trespassers will be prosecuted" sign doesn't suit here, i think so, could be wrong

They requires a lesson also, there should be country label protest. Really shame on judiciary and on lawyers also. which can't protect it's parts. Police seems to be lame there. Strict action is must against liable police officials. Only booking culprits in particular offense is no remedy they are feeling proud on their action.

Whatever was Mr Bhusan's fault, required to be condemned,and legal action. It is an example of our crippled administration and legal system.

There must be amendment in Cr.P.C that while lawyer is working in his chamber and is within court campus. he must be deemed as public servant.

Whether only salaried person doing public function is public servant? Private lawyer doing his work in his camber within court premises is not doing pubic work ? only because he is being paid by his client and not by govt ?
