Expulsion from the institute

(Querist) 05 November 2011 This query is : Resolved
as i discussed in my last query ...my client now got letter from the institute saying that It is
directed to inform you that at a meeting of the Council specially convened for this purpose and was resolved that you be expelled from the Institution under the provisions of
Bye-Law. You have, therefore ceased to have any connection from hence forth and your roll should be removed from institute.
I am, therefore, by this letter communicating to you the Council's decision in the matter.....but i have one doubt because according to bye law the institute should ask the candidate to return his engg marks card and certificate but in that they have not mentioned any thing....i am confused to take decision on this matter....so pls suggest me your's understanding of the above and also your's valuable suggestions....

Your similar query was resolved 3-4 days ago. You should not add what ever decision in writing has been communicated to you.

Challenge the order by a writ.

Writ is the only way to assail this order.
