Dear Kapoor Sir,

I am not a partner in this firm, how i can proove this because my bro is abscond till date, pls guide me.

can i approch to high court for quashing.

i have given lot of document in favour of me and police all investigated like my residence,neighbours,staff, company place neighbours.

never meet to supplier,not a single day, i was with my brother in business. i totally unknown these all activities.

Please guide.
