Sir
Pls tell what to do i file case naulit u/s 12(i)c in the court and he recived the notice.After the recived the notice he filed case after one month in caw cell/nwd u/s 498a,323,307,406,120b ipc . he give list of dowery/jewellery/articles and cash . actully we have not taken any cash or jewellery recived from any of realitives.She saying the donot have any bill of articles or jewellery. but police saying its better to settle the matter with giving some to wife otherwise we have to regt the case all your familys

I think It is nullity of marriage. now if FIR registered go to high court for quash. you must return the jewellary or alternatively deposit the same in the marriage o.p. proceedings and get it recorded.

Quash happens on legal grounds only.
Don't rush to it.
It is better to find amicable solution than a lengthy fight before registration of FIR. However, once the FIR is registered better to fight it till end and win the cases.
