Coparcenary property

if a coparcenar leaves joint family.can he again join it.how it can happen.pls give any explanation

Once a co parcener expresses his intention to leave the joint family, partition comes into effect immediately putting an end to the joint family. The only by reunion joint family could be brought back into existence. The Hindu Law provides for such reunion also.

any special mode of reunion is required.what is reunited after is coparcenary or joint family.how they are to be understood from tax point of views.
