Disssolution of partnership

if in a case of partenship of 5 people one brought suit for dissolution and other four dont want dissolution can grant in our favour any relif.before time fixed of partnership one partner brought suit for dissolution without any need.

can court set aside his suit and allow us to run buisness.

If the plaintiff succeeds to prove the ground of dissolution then the firm would be dissolved.
If not then the firm may continue its business in usual manner unless the court gives any rider.
