Hello,
Rightly advised by all.You can file suit in the same town or village, where the property is located subject,of course,to the pecuniary jurisdiction of the said court.S.15 CPC says that the suit will be filed in the court of lowest jurisdiction. If the court in your locality is competent to hear the civil suit of the valuation you assess,no problem go ahead.Otherwise some higher court.....higher in pecuniary jurisdiction.
