I do not agree with Mr.Issac there is no age restriction in educations. There are restriction in lower age in education but under the exception circumstances on the request of parents and institution, this restriction can be relaxed by the concerned Board or University.

Rightly stated position by Mr. Tripathi about education and Mr. Gabriel rightly stated that There is age restiction to enter into Govt service and employment.

You say the boy had completed various degrees in 12 years. It is not the case that had done a degree of 1 year duration. He could have completed the entire degree within a short period. These are done only after getting special permission from the education department.
Completing the degrees at the young age shows their gifted talents. Definitely this will not be a hurdle for getting a govt job.

Unless specific pemission is granted by the Board or University on having been convinced about the talent, capability and capacity of the student, age condition for eligibility applies, as set by different Boards and Universities.
