Voters card

An advocate has made two voters card of the same name on 2 different addresses.Who can take action on it .What is the law for it.whom we should inform about it.He may be misusing those two cards of two different addresses.

Lodge complaint with the Election Commission of India.
It is equipped enough to take or initiate appropriate legal action.

what must have happened is there must have been a cahnge in address . in such a case he must have made application for issue of fresh voter card in new address .
in any case he is enttiled to exercise one vote . the ink mark will ensure he dosent vote twice .

You can't take action directly. As advised, make complaint, concern department would automatically take action.
