Charge for noc

Dear Experts,
total loan of two wheelar is paid to the
bank.is there any charges for NOC by the
bank or it should be free.pl.advice.

NOC IS ISSUED FREE OF COST IN THE FIRST INSTANCE, IF THE ORIGINAL IS MISPLACED/LOST/BARRED BY TIME, THEN THE BANKER CAN ISSUE A DUPLICATE SUBJECT TO SUCH CHARGES CHARGEABLE AS PER BANK REGULATIONS.
