Status of a women

what is the status of women after divorce can she claim her stautus as unmarried and if has live in relationship after divorce what will be status of the child born. can that child be claimed as dependent for all purposes if the women employed in govt service and subsequently marries a divorcee then has a child with him then what will be status of the first child are they parents by default or any procedure to be followed according to law

I have not replied any such query earlier.

Child born out of live in relationship has full rights against his parents (though not legally married) and if such lady re-marry with some other person, the right of child born out of live in relationship remain intact against his mother and father responsible for his birth.

She would be divorcee and remarried later.

Child needs to be adopted to be at par with Natural Born Child.

PS: Marriage was most probably required for legitimacy of off-springs.
