if you are in ready to stay in law home, you may go, same time you can get interim alimony from your husband.

If you are currently not staying in matrimonial home, it would be difficult to get entry now.

You remain living there without caring for your husband. None is coming to push you out and if you find any danger regarding your forceful eviction then take shelter under Domestic violence act so be happy there. You husband has left his own house and not you.
Raj Kumar Makkad (Expert) 24 November 2011
You do not require any specific permission to remain residing there.
Devajyoti Barman (Expert) 24 November 2011
If the house does not belong to your husband, you may not be allowed to do that.
