my wife disagree to stay with me.
can i file RCR.

case in future & divorce case.

if you are like to live with your wife then you can file RCR, that is your rights, surely you will win all the case.
ajay sethi (Expert) 29 November 2011
if your wifedoes not want to stay with you obtain an amicable divorce by mutual consent .
if you file for RCR she will file under DV act / 498 a cases .
you will only spend on legal fees and years in court room

dear arya, as of your statement your wife staying with your mother, and you only staying away from your house.

you just go back to your house, may see what will happen.

in this sitution if you go for rcr mean its may be as fun.,

I guess these are tactics used for avoiding cases.

Ask your Mom to file for injunction and eviction, don't file RCR it is a useless remedy.
