Against lawyer - bar counsel.

My husband's lawyers have come to my matri home along with my husband and vacated the home with his things. Those lawyers have taken all my docs and have read my personal diary too. That lawyer s telling the same to me. To apply for bar counsel, what details i need about that lawyer? What step will be taken in chennai bar counsel? Moreover, i am afraid if i do that, again that lawyer will creat any issues. Any suggestions pls.

Without a Court Order?
Is there any litigation, say DVA etc Pending in any court??
Dis the Advocate acted in his capacity of Advocate or not??
Ur husband was able to do so on his own alone also??
Ur query as i read says " ur h came with Mr.X, in Mat home, collected his belongings,, and taken away ur doc , per diary & read it"
U did not mention anything relevant, like who all reside, do u have children, is there any case, div, mtn, dv act going on? y ur hus engaged adv? how can u say he is ur h 's adv? etc. These r necessary to understand what went wrong, and was that wrong is a pert of the duty of erring Advocate
Pl clarify to get any suggestions.

shroff - after vacating the home only he has applid for divorce. but he told me that he had already done it.
No children. Newly married. His advocates calld me and said thy vacated and won live with me hereafter.

If you are newly married then file case under section 498A read with section 406 IPC, DV Act, maintenance case under section 125 Cr. PC against your husband and separate complaint before Bar Council of Tamilnadu against the lawyer of your husband. You can also file a criminal case against such lawyer because he is not empowered under any law to do so as you have mentioned in the query.

Unless you have some solid evidence and eye witness in your support against your husband's advocate to have taken your personal documents and read your personal diary, you won't have any ground to make him accountable for violating your privacy, as his visit to your husband's (matrimonial) home along with him and to examine the available documents, if found unlocked, was in the presence of the owner of the house (your husband).
So, any such effort on your part to lodge a compalint against him in the bar Council may go futile.
