It help for lawful recovery by authorized Recovery officers of Co-operative sector, or any one having Court Order. Certain Auction etc, whenever enforced, there is breach of peace possible, so Police Protection is sought for,

When recovery agency or a decree holder is authorized to seek police protection by law or by order of court only then role of police comes to play otherwise not.

Thanks for your replies. Basically if i owe a client for refund and have delayed his repayment and if he complaints to the police, what is to be done? Do I have to give a date on which payment will me made to the police? and If I am unable to pay on that date and want more time? Please advise me.
