Court fees in mahrashtra

What will be the stamp value of a civil suit of 20 lacs and 20.5lacs as per Bombay Court Fees Act?

Court Fes on Civil Suit as per Bombay Court fees
20 Lacs : court fees 37230/-
20.5 Lacs : court fees 38430/-

The formula is for 11L 26430
Thereafter over 11 L , for every 1L or part thereof1200/-

Even otherwise there are so many varialbles which depend on personal conception of staff.

For example I went to Mumbai for a criminal revision and normally in law no stamps are needed on photocopies but Sessions court clerk insisted for fixing stamps on all photocopy documents and than too on the basis of volume.

Mr Shroff can throw light why this anamoly.
