Dear experts,
i am working in firm & we have to give a legal notice to supplier. we have to recovery of money due to proving that the services contracted has been unsatisfactory nature of work
Kindly give you guidance for issue the notice

Ordinary/Summery Suit after given notice with stipulated time.

Unsatisfactory Service contract, and Loss incurred to you due to such defective service , must be clear with Proof thereof.
Your Contract must be specific, and it must show, the defect, that proves your un-satisfactions.
In issuing notice, you state these facts, and claim for recovery. , within 15 days time. On failure t reply/ or pay you, go to arbitrator, if clause is in contract,defect in supply by your supplier, or file civil suit for recovery.. If you are consumer, can go to Consumer Forum.
