Inam lands

we have inam lands attached to wakf board in 1964. but now i want to get them back from wakf board and want to get patta for them. totally they are 80 acres land and our share is 9 acres. so can we get patta for 9 acres alone. what is the proceedure please reply. we hail from andhra pradesh.

You require to serve a legal notice to board about your intension and decision. You shall have to provide a reasonable time to vacate and shall have to make compensation for the baord for the period it secured your land and incurred any expenses thereto, if any.
