Respected Sir/madam,
i am new in this professional just i want to know ki...
one of my friend he bought flat in banglaore & he want to registrer on her name. he is taking loan. but bank people are asking affidavit on relation. he want she is his wife ( his relation is wife).
my query is:-
1) shall we paste of (both's) photographs on affidavits ?
2) or only both (husband & wife's) names and signature is enough.
3) if address and marriage certificate is enough to show with Affidavit.is enough.
please help me out in this regard..

1. Generally it is not the need of banks and even otherwise the photo of the deponent can be got annexed on affidavit.
2. Name and Signature is sufficient.
3. Residential proof and marriage certificate are also required.

Kamal,
Ask your Friend, if can, get the Flat Register in Joint Name. Best to keep in his single name.
It is very risky, any Property is kept on single name of wife. It is one of the strong reason for Marriage Breakdown, and disputes later on.
When Husband is taking Loan, and property goes to Wife, you are not advising your friend , on future view point.
As no affidavit are made, still time. Do not do it. Or You and Your Fried will have to remember me, when by that time I shall be no more!!

I agree with Mr. raj kumar makkad but some time bankers insist for photograph which, if attached would be not illegal and then suggestions of Mr.V R SHROFF are also valuable having care of things going on now a days.
