Boundary wall damage

Querist : Anonymous (Querist) 15 December 2011 This query is : Resolved
Thnx for reply from Shroff sir and Sethi sir

i happen to hear that tree that are to planted should be 1M away from boundary wall in residence area and branches should not go to neighbour area and even if it goes it is responsibility of that gentleman whose tree belong to ,in that case he is liable to cut that tree nor cut branches ,even if that tree roots hits my compound wall and turns upside down because of that root projection then in that case merely by cutting branches will not overcome this na.So is it possible i can request court to ask my neighbour to cut as that tree is not even 1m from my compound wall

Please advice

Yes. You can ask the neighbour and if he neglects then can complaint to the society or municipality.
