Punishment - compulsory retirement

Querist : Anonymous (Querist) 23 December 2011 This query is : Resolved
Dear Experts,

If the accused person is prosecuted with charges of Kidnapping + Rape + Murder of minor girl

Then after proving of charges is the delinquient person is liable for all three Charges's punishment separately or maximum of among above which Punishment the delinquent is entitle?

If we calculate all the imprisonment of above charges sepately then the imprisonment becomes more than 30 years period then for how much maximum period( years ) the person is entitle for imprisonment?
Raj Kumar Makkad (Expert) 23 December 2011
All punishments shall be awarded separately but those shall run simultaneously so practically maximum punishment shall be in execution.

The sentences would run con-currently.

One thing is strange in your question. The topic of your question shows as if you wanted to ask some question relating to your compulsory retirement, which is a service matter, but you have not made any mention about any service related problem in your question.
