Sincere consolation. Very Sorry to read, and observe your detailed observation.
We read, in foreign countries, homicides are investigated beyond our imagination, and they find out the fact, and also punish the criminal.
In India, Money Manages everyone.
If money can’t work, their life is at risk, who want to throw light on real fact.
And matter cool down,
In one of my case, a man cut off a 18 ear old boy's mother.
A Boy is eye witness, in broad day light, in presence of at least 50 chawl resident.
Lady survived 5 days, given statement to Police.
Later, the boy, who used to know the murdered for over a year, refuse to recognized, when husband was offered "*" Patty.
I have to withdraw myself, as Police forced me to take money, and compromise and give false Witnesses.
Own son, and husband sold themselves and own mother was murdered in presence of her own son??
Police helping murderer knowing very well what he had done???
Police wanted to buy me!!, Telling, that man lost everything, now after selling the house he have this money, and let him be free, He repent what he did. He will never do it again.
Otherwise, his brother will kill that son, if he recognize.
Ultimately, the boy refused to recognize or identify, saying he [Murderer]was not there!!. One Leading Political Party Leader came to me to save Murderer, along with husband of that dead lady. I was working for the Boy, who prayed me to punish the murderer of his mother.
This is Indian Police, and their Investigation.
What do you expect?? Honesty and Duty from these Money makers??
I am sorry to say we are living in India, with Indian Police, who encourages crime, as they pay them more than the Government pay them as Salary.
I do not want to disappoint you. A Goonda can get truth from your sister’s in laws within 2 minutes!!Police too must have full knowledge, but think over, who pay more??
Police after years also, will not punish culprit. Even 306, abetting suicide is also a very serious offence with 10 years imprisonment. [302 14yrs]
Police Manages PM, Dr. Hospital , and Defense Lawyer, with PP, enjoy the Share of blood, some corpse, some whisky!!!!. It is their Party.
Police immediately start investigation, and come to know the truth, not to punish him , but to extract maximum from him . If he can’t pay, poor, not influential, he will be punished, so police get promotion. Exceptions are there, but rare.
Sharda, by the time you reached there, lots of evidence must have been destroyed. Neighbours do not want to open their mouth, or come for witnesses. All are scare of Police and court dates.
Lokpal: A Inquiry Committee to take as many years to find fact, that it cool down and forgotten. , All problems, all scandals are cooled down by Governments till date, say it Bofor, or ?? name it. Committee to inquiry Who will investigate and bring out the truth? And for What??
First duty of Police to send *.L, CR” pm to Mr. Minister/ Commissioner , selected him for that area, that P.S. He must send that amount in any case per month, or he will be transferred to remote place. You are not fit person.
Who will pay Police ?? , & to pay more, they have to encourage criminals!!. Who are punished jailed?? Those, who are innocent, and those new in crime, who cannot pay, or whom criminal d not want in their competition!!
Now coming to your Evidence:
What Number she dialed last from her mobile, and what about her in laws no. , Phone Details??
When and with whom she had taken last Lunch Dinner?? Who s the influential person, managed that entire period of 12 hours?? Did he used his phone, or as benami phone?? Even Police go on changing their number, and do not use phone on their name . Who withdraw major bank balance during that period?? Who deposited??
Where were her children, who all were in house, and in neighborhood?
Any Table found near Fan. Any fan wing bent? Is distance of Knot & Circle of Sari knot revealed distance after wt of your sister to ground?? F above ground level, [has to be] who lifted her? How, without removing web of spider? No one used fan for months to get spider web? , then what was she doing? What happened in last week of her life?? Why will she kill herself?? Why others will kill her & who is benefitted by doing so?? You may reveal truth, though you may not punish the culprit.
Once Published in Press, with Question, why no cd before deleting soft copy photos!! etc, will bring some pressure on Police investigation. Though all are mixed up, and do not fear anyone!!.

I am proud of you sir, Mr VR Shroff and thanks lot for going details of my case and the suggestions given.
Police have collected the CDR of both the phone nos upon a request by me to the SP, Angul
Few days back Indian Express had published detailed story of the case, as the case submitted to the Police complaint authority.
Though you are the masters in the field,you will be astonished to know that, when the person doing testing of liver of my sister for any poisons like substances, at State forensic laboratory contacted by me, for giving the details of the poison like material present there, he told me just next day that "see, I have talked with the IO, and she said it is a case of suicide only".
So, it is the India, and I want to follow the case in the right direction at any cost, till I alive, for which I please be guided by the experts in the field.

Sorry to mention that, the website containing all the details of the case including official and non-official photographs and documents is suspended on the next day of hosting. Again I got the reply from the experts, not to publish the non-official documents in the public website. Hence stopped the idea for a while, till I get them authentically.
Regarding the progress of the case, though date for hearing for IIC, Talcher was on 30.01.2012, no body came to attain before the police complaint authority, Bhubaneswar. On a call to the IIC, Talcher, he informed me that the letter is not served to his office and he was out of office.
Again PCA given another date 28.03.2012 for IIC to attain.

Dear sirs, on 28.03.12, the IIC,Talcher was present before the Police complaint authority, BBSR. I heard that the PCA have closed the file, as the matter is in the Court. Just see how the farce is going on.
I am surprised to mention that, the PCA, an autonomous body, paid heavily from the public money, could able to know at the end of investigation that the case is in court.
It is same like our human rights commissioner.
Another thing to mention here that, though the PM doctor said the case as suicidal hanging death, the sessions court has charged the case under 302, including 304 (b), 34, 4 DP act, etc.
