easement act: what is provision for termination of licence? how does i prove licence period? there is no any agreement,

License does not require any specific time period. If the person is a [permissive occupier the licensor can revoke the license at any time he wishes.
Just give him a notice of revocation and file a suit for eviction.

Such licenses may be oral also and revocation can also be oral but it is desirable to revoke by writing and serving a notice to prove cause of action in the suit.
