a govt employee convicted in n. i. act case, conviction warrant is pending against him and manage police, accused took leave on false groung, should i serve the certified copy of judgement to higher officials in his office, does it attracts any action against him as he is convicted by a court.

Dear Expert, I want to know the after effect of that, weather he will punish or got suspend, I want to put pressure to get back my money as soon as possible.

well if the accused has proper advice he will file revision and conviction will be stayed.

Sir I am not concern about staY of proceeding in appeal, I only want to know is there any chance of stating a departmental proceeding against the accused for my above acts.

No, departmental proceedings can be started for departmental matters.

Or suspension can happen, if the said person spends some time in Jail.
