LET FIRST COME FIRST SERVE RULE APPLY
As Right to Park is Equal, not prefer to Gr Floor,
LIKE LIFT CHARGES, EVEN GR FLOOR HAVE TO PAY EQUAL TO 10TH FLOOR.
M V Gupta (Expert) 17 January 2012
Where the parking lots are inadequate, some Societies follow allotment rotation once in three years or two years (by lottery)as may be decided by the General Body. First Come first serve should not result in permanent occupation of the parking space by few.
