difficult to prove an oral contract . what is the evidence that such contract was arrived at? An oral contract may be difficult to prove, if the parties to the contract disagree on its terms or whether it was ever formed.

Yes. Simply terminate orally.
If you want to terminate this in writing, then you can issue a termination notice stating the facts and giving notice for termination.

Oral contract no need to terminate legally . When the agreement made by written then only the question of termination . Most of oral contract has not prooved by records or evidence
