What is the document or evidence to check from a son who is in possesing of his father's property .His Father died in 2006.

He claims to be only son, but trust. I heard that other children's name can be seen in Ration Card.
What other documents shows the other family members of a person??

Experts kindly suggest if no straight answer too?

you can ask get legal heir's certificate ? then you will buy, if he decided to any one, than he will hide any thing you only aware of the fact and get legal heirs certificate.

Yes. You can ask for legal heir's certificate from the owner.

You can also check the land records with teh revenue departments, where you can ask for the extracts of mutation entries which can also show the actual owner of the land

Production of legal heir certificate is the only solution.

You need to have definite documents like 7/12 extracts or mutation establishing your relation with the deceased, ration card, photo identity card, death certificate of deceased, affidavit all supporting to the application seeking legal heirship certificate.
