the entire family charge under section 313, 498A,406,323 of IPC, the husband was arrested and other family wants file a ABA so pls provide draft of ABA relating with above said section.

ABA, new jargon.
You mean to say anticipatory bail.

Engage an advocate and get the petition drafted.
You can not expect everything free of cost.

only drafting of ABA does not solve your problema and for the filling of the same you must hire an advocate and he will present the application in the court and it is his duty to draft the ABA for your family members.

Anticipatory Bail Application has mainly these points only:

1. The accused is innocent
2. The case is false
3. The accused is ready to co-operate with the investigation
4. The accused is ready to stand trial and there is no reason that he would abscond.
