Renewable energy - 80% tax depreciation under income tax 1961

I want to buy Solar Home Lighting system, at present purchase some small solar light.

I live in village and purchase from a company.

I know from internet, that govt. Depreciation @ 80% under Income Tax Act 1961 on Renewable Energy Devices.

I want to know how can i get depreciation under Appendix II, Part-A, Clause XIII under the head of "Renewable Energy Devices is entitle for Depreciation @ 80% under Income Tax Act 1961."

If you live in village and purchase through department of rural development then this rebate shall be available to you.
