as per my query earlier i would like to ask when i present my self in the court can i ask for a minimum amount to be paid as i said my sal. being 15k pm . Because last time vn i went for HDFC case in the court they made me pay 5k on every date towards the chq bounce. I have given the bank blank cheques but they are putting the amnt. and date. tHE CASE WHICH IS ON 3RD ihave tkn loanof 50k paid bk around 25 to 30 k but the case put omn me is more. can you please guide on theis two queries. Also would like to claose the account from where the chaeque is disbursed but loan being from the same bank and chq being from there ac only they are not agreeing to close the account they want the debilt charges to be cleared which at this juncture is not possible for me.rohini

You should not start various threads for similar query, it is better for you to raise subsequent query in the same thread.
As advised earlier, you go to your banker and try to make a compromise in the given facts of your job etc. and the matter can be got resolved accordingly.

if you can not compromise engage a competent advocate to contest the case which can be won .
Any case of cheque bounce (NI 138) can be won by the accused if diligently perused from initial stage. It is a myth that once a cheque is bounced conviction is imminent .
