Sub:- Partition Treat was not done in my survey no 411 and venture people are creating plots and selling land in survey no 411 :- Reg
I Khaja Masood Ali Siddiqui s/o Late Khaja Basheer Ali Siddiqui occupation Senior Citezen, and Pensioner, i have and ancertral Property in survey no 411 extent of Acres 10.20 guntas suitated at chowlapally west village, Farooqnagar Mandal, Shadnagar, Mahabubnagar District, we are totally 9 share holders 6 men and 3 women men shares are 1.20 and women shares is 0.20 all my 5 uncles and 3 auntys sell his shares of Acres 9 and my share is Acre 1.20 guntas without partition treat and this 9 acres land is purchased by builder and he is creating plot in survey no 411 that was not partition among us and in this land road also is going from this survey no 411 and one side few grave also there of our tenants. and i have not take patta passbook from mandal office but my name was there in pahanis and in R.O.R from last 7 years till date.
Some people are illegally useing some land for burial ground for grave yards without any permission and without any papers work and them are not legal heirs of our family land illegally useing some land in survey no 411 what to do to stop them from try to use my land... and road also is going in this survey no 411, i have one dout where road space and this illegally capture land for graves that should be divided in all 9 share holders. and can i stop the plot registry in this survey no and can i cancelled old plots registrations, its a request and this survey no is road side and venture entrance road and main gate was in this survey no only can i lock the gate by court order and can i stop the people how are treasspassing in my survey no but we have not partition our land and
my uncles also not partition the land simply them have sell the land. please help me son i am old age person i will prayed for you and your family. please guide me what step i want to take can i go for partition suite from lower court or high court, or any think else please guide me sir, i will be very very thankful to you. and what documents are required for partition suite i have 1. Market Valueation Certificate 2. Pahani Papers and Latest R.O.R on my name 3. Tounch Map of survey no 411 boundries , or i want any other documents let me know.
please help me son i am old age person i will prayed for you and your family.
