Yes, as hon'ble Mr. shroff said, it is in the Election Rule and the Act of Co-op. Bank but we are the members not with much legal knowledge. While we filed the case with the commissioner of co-op. to remove the chairperson, that was also very defficult and it took quite a long time for us. only with the help of other co-op. banks chairman and some known people we managed as they also said even the commissioner won't have much knowledge about this type of cases and it was actually so, so we actually presented a case law for our matter and hence we could remove the chairperson.
Can you help us from where to get the election Rules for the Co-op. Banks and the Act?

Every bank has its own rules. You can obtain those rules even under RTI Act.

All most in all states there are independent
state co-operative Act and Rules legislated and laid and you can buy them from any law book shop of your city.If there is no law book shop in your city you can get it from city of your High Court where several publishers and law books sellers are found.Even in cities where law books shops are not found there are agents of publishers who often visit civil and district magistrate court who can supply you the book desired either spontaneously or on order if they do not have the stock in hand.
