Dear Mr.Manish,
Send a notice through a lawyer demanding the pending dues from your previous employer.
If they fail to comply with the said notice, you can file a petition to that effect in the labour court.

Better to contact a lawyer in your locality who have knowledge in labour matters.

This is repeated query. I have already replied. Yes, you can claim the same but forum will depend on your nature of job. If you are workman, you can file application under Section 33-C(2) of the Industrial Disputes Act. Otherwise, you have to file civil suit for recovery of amount.
