hello sir/mame,
my land was being acquired by SUDA for building residentgial houses in industrial zones. and accordingly the compensation was made. since 10 yrs, no progress for the project was initiated by them. recently they published to allot my land to industries.
my query is that CAN AUTHORITY ALLOT MY LAND FOR ANOTHER PURPOSE AND CAN I CLAIM THE ADDITIONAL COMPENSATION FROM THE SUDA FOR CHANGE OF USAGE.
plz guide me and under what law shall i claim.

Supreme Court has quashed such allotments and have ordered the Governments to return such land to its original owners as no use had been made for the purpose such lands were acquired so you are advised to file a writ in this regard and get your land back.
