False rapr case by ex wife

I am married man with three children, running a college and was president of district level wakf board committee. Last year I have hired a middle aged women in my college as cordinator.She slowly by her dedication and involvement in the betterment of the college, become an important member of the college and even in my personnel life. She is a well trained and master in all aspects and due to this she impressed me up to the level that I have married her. After our Nikha she slowly started changing her attitude and started ignoring me in major decision and money matter. She started demanding big money and luxury as big car big flat etc.Our relation started to deteriorate slowly. I become suspicious about her and collected information about her past. I was shocked to learn that she is a professional black mailer and I am the fifth victim of those women. She in past blackmailed four other college owners, out of which three without a police complaint have paid healthy remission and get rid of her there is one person who has lodge a complaint against her. After knowing the fact I imidately given her talak and dismissed her from the college.
After few months I received a call from her and she was begging and asking to have mercy on her and forgive her for what evil she have done to me and asked to meet once at her apartment so that she can personally apologize to me .I being a gentleman agreed to meet her. I went to her place at about 8.30 PM in the evening, I found she was very polite and humble and repeatedly asking me to forgive her. I offered to pay her pending salary in addition of some compensation in return that she will leave me for ever. She agreed and offered me some soft drinks which I consumed. The drinks containing some kind of intoxicant. I lost my senses all of sudden she started touring my clothes and hers also and shouting that I am raping her. It was well planned trap all of sudden the already waiting gonads belonging to my political rival entered the room and started beating me the lady become full naked and made me also naked and the Goon made MMS. The then called the neighbors and started shouting that I have raped her Police was called and they arrested me in rape case. Because I am a rising leader of ruling party the opposition and media and more over a Muslim There is a fire in jungle.Everbody refused to help me? Now I’m in jail for last 5 months.No bail till date.
My wife alone is running for my rescue there is no one to help me.
Kindly suggest me how to come out of this problem.

You can just defend the case on the strength of the facts stated by you , because in the given circumstances no any other defense will be workable, while making arrest the police might have got you medically examined , wherein you might have told doctor about intoxicated drink under influence of which you lost control over yourself , was it so ? if yes get and examine the report of the doctor in this aspect, naturally there may not be any witness to support your version in that circumstances it will be more hazards to make defense, but it is possible to defend you so as to make the judge accepting your say while delivering judgment,looking to the past conduct of the complainant court may not rely upon say of her

You can prove that she is balckmailer but proving other facts may not be so simple. How do you prove against overwhelming material against you :-
(i) Why went to your ex-wife alone with no malafide intention.
(ii) If you wanted to settle dispute with ex-employee then why out of official premises.
(iii) Why you went ther alone when the divorce was instigated by your knowledge about her past.
(iv) You were intoxicated agianst your wish. (has the police taken sample of the drugged soft drink in the premises or has she allowed it to remain there).
You have to harvest what you hve sown.
Sorry for you. The facts give strong suggestion that you went there for enjoyment and got trapped.

You have no other option but to prove yourself innocent before the court of law. You shall have to bring her past life before the court and shall also have to prove that a conspiracy has been hatched against you. The medical evidence shall definitely prove your innocense wherein the Siemens would not be there and moreover it would have also come to notice that you have drunken some intoxicate item.

I do not believe Mr. Pathan went there for Enjoyment.
He went there to smoothh up relation and pay her pending Salary, as she called him.
As She was thrwon out of Job, and was divorced, She tra[pped him to take revenge.
If no semen found, no case of rape .
After all , she was Ex Wife.
Medical evidence must have been managed. , like media, soft drink, tearing clothes etc.
Expose her. She is not a 17 yr girl, or someone's wife, or stranger.
rove her phones & that she called him. opened door, offer cold drink, Prove when she arranged Media etc.
The case is crystal clear. NO RAPE. BUT BLACKMAIL.
Her earlier Record will prove against her, and this conspiracy can lead her to jail.
It is up to Mr. Pathan, to transfer Investigation elsewhere, as it is Politically motivated, and he was trapped.
A Man must not bow done to such Who*r.
Mr. Pathan must take help of other 4 victims.

As Damage is already done to Mr. Pathan,and he is likely to be realsed on bail shortly, as Six Months passed, He must Attack her now.
There are very Bright chances for punishing her.
Attck is best way to protect.
She is digging her grave.
as all Edu Institutions owner knew this by media, no one will employ her now.
Mr. Pathan must trail her to see, no more victim.
Find out who supports her??
politics knows interest, not party, or person.
You may support opp party, and finish this lady.
