Appearing as advocate

Sirs,

Pls. advice, whether a son can appear as advocate in Civil suit of his father.

By all means the son can appear for his father either in a civil or criminal case,wherein the son's involment in the case is not there.

the son can appear as an advocate for his father in a criminal trial too; The father must execute a vokalot nama, appointing his son as his duly authorized advocate .
