In a famaily,due to certain circumstances,the land was purchased in the name of one of the daughter in laws . Thereafter,house was constructed.
What are the options available legally to change the name so that property can become a joint property for all members of the family.

The daughter in law can register a gift deed to give the share of the property to other family members.

Gift deed shall require a lot of stamp duty so it shall be better to get it declared as a property of HUF by filing a civil suit wherein being defendant such daughter in law may admit the claim of the plaintiffs.
