Disturbance to neighbourhood

Sir
A family living next to my house is conducting tuitution classes from 6.30 a.m. to 8.30 a.m. and from 1.00 p.m. to 8.30 p.m., for which no permisson is obtained from municipal corporation. This is a residential area and in spite of repeated requests for not disturbing the neighbourhood peace, they do not seem to oblige. I need a permanent solution legally. Please guide us in the matter.
Also I would like to add here on a routine basis all the family members do speak in higher volume. Since i am a patient and and on informing them the same, they in turn asked me to remove my windows and construct a sound proof barrier rather than lowering their voice.

Very difficult to get a solution.
Any way, you can file a complaint with the Police for nuisance.
The section applicable is Sec.268 of IPC which classifies public nuisance as offence affecting public health, safety and convinience.

since family is also staying in said flat it can run tution classes in said flat .

No. Municipal act cannot help you in this case.
