Is it possible or not

(Querist) 16 March 2012 This query is : Resolved
sir
Mr. A says Mr. B that if he buys a shop in x street, he will give Mr. B Rs. r as rent for that shop and Mr. B asks Mr. A that if he'll buy a shop in that street at higher prices and Mr. A not gives him Rs. r as rent, so what Mr. B will do.
Then Mr. A says that he is ready to sign contract before buying shop, mentioning in contract that he will deposit Rs. 2r as security and he will mortgage his property for not vacating the space in less than 11 months, if he'll do so under any circumstances Mr. B can cease his property and his security.
Now my question is, was this type of contract is possible and able to be registered in registrars office.

Dear Mr.Nikhil,

Your presentation is not clear in expression.

This kind of contract is not possible. As there are so many factors which are beyond the capacity of the persons entering the contract.
