(Querist) 19 March 2012 This query is : Resolved
In a suit, defendant produces a document - a certificate issued by a VAO that a specific land belongs to the defendant.

1. To what extent that certificate is valid?
2. whether VAO is empowered to give such a certificate?
Raj Kumar Makkad (Expert) 19 March 2012
1. If the same is proved then it is a document to be reckoned with.

2. You have not mentioned the contents of the certificate so how can I say whether he is empowered to issue it or not?
V R SHROFF (Expert) 20 March 2012
