IN THE SARFAESI ACT IF THE BANK DOES NOT PRODUCE THE ORIGINAL SALE DEED DEPOSITED AT THE TIME OF CREATING MORTGAGE WHAT WILL BE THE STATUS OF THE BANK AND THE CASE IS STILL VALIED IN THE ACT? TO REQUEST TO GIVE ME THE REFERENCE OF ANY JUDGEMENTS IN THIS REGARD? WHETHER THE BORROWER HAS TO PAY THE TOTAL CLAIMED DUE?
