Although Amendment Bill was introduced and perhaps passed but yet to be enforced by notification still awaited to my knowledge update.

Amendment bill has been passed yet requires notifcaton after that it will be come in existant.

The bill is neither passed nor put in LS.

It was cleared by cabinet only and still there is a long way before it is passed by both the houses and then notified.

Dear Querist,

The proposed amendment has just been recommended by the committee headed by Smt.Jayanthi Natarajan.It has to be passed in both the houses of the parliament, and it will go to the president for final approval.This process will take a long time.I pressume it will be moved in the parliament only in the next sessions.Hence lets be relaxed for sometime.
