Sir,
Our property (flat) is registered with both the name ie.First owner me & 2nd owner my husband. Now my husband wanted to delete his name & transfer the flat in my name. Can anyone help in solving this matter? Please write to me on pillai149@gmail.com

your husband has to execute deed of relinquishment or gift deed in your favour . have it registered
Raj Kumar Makkad (Expert) 02 April 2012
Gift deed is required to be registered before the local registrar which requires stamp duty. After registration of the gift deed, the certified copy should be submitted to the society and thus the desired proceeding shall be finally made.

I agree with advise of both the experts.

Deed of relinquishment / release deed is a better option.

Gift deed attracts heavy stamp duty.

your husband have to Execute and register Relinquishment Deed in favour of you to relinquish/delete his right.
