Retrenchment of court employee of punjab

I worked as Steno-Typist in District Court Sangrur & was retrenched in the year 2004 due to withdrawal of Courts.With the written promise of remployment on coming of courts.But they did not reinstate me.On enquiring they told me that due to pending of enquiry they did not reinstate me and you are an adhoc employee.When all other retrenched retrenched staff have been reinstate.And all the judges who have been dismissed in Ravi Sidhu case for which retrenchment has been made has been reinstated by Honourable Supremen Court.Pls guide me what can I do now with latest citations of Honourable Punjab & Haryana High Court and Supreme Court as Well.

File a writ in High Court.

You have not told about the relation of the alleged enquiry with your matter. If the enquiry is concerned with your retrenchment or further any action then definitely you shall have to wait for its outcome but if the same is concerned with the matter of Ravi Sidhu which has already been settled and all affected persons have been taken back in service then your claim becomes sound but why are you sitting since last 8 years?

File a writ before High court as advised.

Your query is not well understood.

Whether the promise of re-deployment only verbal or written or arising out of the rules applicable in state for retrenchment?

Whether this retrenchment was merely due to lapse of post or actually there was an inquiry and retrenchment being a shortcut to disciplinary proceeding?

Whether any other similarly placed person has been taken back.

Sir,
Retrenchment was due to withdrawal of court.The promise of remployment was written.inquiry is not related with retrenchment.During the time of retrenchment inquiry was pending.I made repersentation to inspecting judge of my district court.But he dismissed my appeal
