After taking advance for sell out my property,now can i cange my plan, not to sell the property.Only on 10 Rupees stamp papers both the party signed under some terms and conditions, it is not yet registered or notary.Property value is near 20 lacks.

you have right to change your mind any time, no one can stop you. but another party may file a case under specific relief act against you.

Any Agreement/ if terms and conditions are written down, you must prove violation of the same by opp party, as u had advance money.
Otherwise, you will be compelled to register the Agreement, and also pay damages/.

We are not here to profess dishonesty. If you have mind to become dishonest then why to seek free of cost advice of the experts?
Dishonesty, digesting heard-earned money of buyer and even then free of cost legal way to fulfil your desire???????????????????????
