Sir,
My house was given for rent for 3 yrs after which the tenant refused to vaccate and with a false recepit tried to show that we agreed to sell the house to him.A case was filed in district court and the tenant lost the case.Tenant appealed to the high court,high court asked him to deposit the previous rent in the district court before he could be heard.Tenant didnot pay the requiste amount.District court has issued an order of eviction and impounding of his prperty.Baliff would be taking the order to him Now how can I ensure he vacates the residence

The Bailiff is auhtorised by the court to execute its order by way of evicting the tenant.
If you think there is a possibility of physical Resistance which is very likely then apply for Police help from the executing court itself to execute the court order peacefully.
