Divorce

res sir

my divorce case is going on. my husband want divorce from. i have no child. he has self named two house. i demand one house. in period of case he soled two house to his brother coz he dont want to give me that house.

is there any low for this? under which low can i get one house ?

in this situation from where i can get the information about his property ?

There is no law under which the property of the husband can be divided as of now.

However, if you have no place to stay, you can get right of residence under PWDVA, 2005.

contact local lawyer . you cn adraw attention of court to fact that he had 2 houses one deliberatley sold to brother to premept claiim . court will grant you right to stay in shared household

Dear Karina
First of all, you don't have rights over the property but certainly you have the right to residence.You can file a complaint in court under D.V.Act to get the residential accommodation.In divorce case,inform to the court that your husband has deliberately sold the house.You can file an application under RTI Act in sub registrar office to get the detail of property.Take all the documents from your lawyer.He can't deny that.
