Limitation period for filing execution of eviction ordes

in how many months execution of eviction orders can be filed as tenant despite eviction orders is not vacating.

DEAR SHRI SETHI, AS PER EVICTION ORDERS TENANT IS TO VACATE WITHIN 2 MONTHS. SHOULD I WAIT 2 MONTHS TO PASS OR I CAN FILE EXECUTION IMMEDIATELY ON RECEIPT OF CERTIFIED COPY OF JUDGEMENT

if court has granted him 2 months time to vacate the premises then you have to apply only after period of 2 months have elapsed .
