Now one executor file FIR against second party and he said that document is fake and the signature was not made by him. Police investigation officer contact me and ask about that document then i say yes that document is attested by me in presence of parties and one identified witness but he can,t believe my statement and say I am a part of that forgery so I am going to take action against you. So advise me how can i protect my self and what my right to take action against them.

There are various citation wherein the Notary public if admits certifying any document or attesting any document after due identification, is not responsible for committing any criminal offence though this is certainly a violation of Notary Rules not to enter the attestation in the concerned register.
You should confine truth and no harm can occur to you.

Notarization does not validate a documents except that a documents has been executed, and he can not be penalized under criminal law.Yes, as indicated by learned raj makad, Notary has failed in his duty by not entering in his Notary register, and on that score, if deem fit, a complaint should be filed against him before the Governor of the State, who can take action for the lapses of Notary.
