Property documents

dear sir,
we need to submit our original property documents to AR, as asked by our lawyer. We are concerned in case of any potential loss of these documents, as this is the sole documents establishing our title to the property. Can original property documents be obtained in case of any potential loss or theft. Would like to informed on this matter, just in case of any unexpected event.

Original can never be created again. It shall be better to provide certified copies of the original title deed and to show original as and when required otherwise possibilities of the loss cannot be ignored.

never give original documents . if they are lost you will be in problems .

give certified copies only
